Run MyKAI Node on a Linux server

One command. It sets up Docker if you don’t have it yet, then your Kaspa node.

Leave blank for a fresh install. Paste your existing key to add this machine as a new node under the same account.

curl -fsSL https://mykai.dev/install.sh | bash

Works on a VPS, a home server, or a NAS with Docker.

How it goes

  • Open a terminal on your server

    Log in with SSH, the way you normally do.

  • Paste the command

    Press Enter. If it needs admin rights it asks for your password, so no sudo needed in front.

  • Let it sync

    Within a few minutes your node counts in the live total on mykai.dev. The first full sync takes a few hours.

What you need

  • 64-bit Linux on Intel/AMD or ARM (a Raspberry Pi 5 works)
  • 200 GB free disk space, on an SSD
  • 16 GB RAM (8 GB can run out during the first sync)

Also run the MyKAI Windows app? Paste its account key in the field above, and this server shows up under My Nodes in the app.
